I can’t even pronounce half the ingredients listed on energy drinks, but what are some key ingredients to avoid?
None of them are “good” for you, I’m sure that you have to know that. But Taurine does funky things to my heart so I have to avoid my favorites, Bang & Rockstar. It sucks for me but multiple EKG’s and an ECHO confirmed Taurine and my cardiac Heath are not friends. Mountain Dew kickstarts don’t have taurine so they are my go-to now but make no mistake, they are a rebound relationship and I’m still very much in love with my forbidden favorites.

Is there any recommendations for “energy” drinks that don’t have bad ingredients.
