What would be the oldest age limit to start the diet?
lol there is no answer to this question 😆 or let’s say 150 years old
you can only ask from a health perspective, if your body is really troubled with illness, any drastic change in diet will shock the body, but chances are that no matter what, it will get better on they snake keto diet 🤷♂️
on the other side you should be fully grown up like past puberty some would argue, but then again, if you are an obese kid, this diet is probably your best chance for a normal life
