Just trying to plan ahead I still have along way to go but my 7day soft dry fast ends on 2/8 @9:30pm after refeed protocols would it be ok to have drinks on 2/13. Also how many days should I wait before eating solid foods from my understanding in August’s book it looks like on day 3-4 after breaking. What is someone else’s experience in refeed also I’m going on vacation on 2/16 so the sooner the better for solid food so I can somewhat “stretch” out my stomach and enjoy vacation. I plan to restart my cardio workout ASAP after breaking this fast
Meh you can eat solid food on the first day. Start with light density foods like fruits with lots of water. Give it a few hours eat a small conventional healthy meal slowly. The next day you can eat what you want. The dryfast is different than waterfasting. A long recovery time is not needed. That’s just being overly cautious. In the dryfast the body sprints into fasting and sprints out of fasting which makes it great for weightloss because the metabolism can be restored fairly quickly. Even for 7-10 days dryfasting.
