Answer

I would definitely switch to an organic small batch brand if you’re going to be drinking that much. Wholefoods has an organic one as well. But those big corporate company’s usually don’t have the best ingredients

Answer

Oatly is totally out for me. I can’t stomach that at all. The Professional/ Barista yes not consumer. They have changed the recipe too many times and I can’t tolerate the taste. I have trouble with smelling & taste, it’s really picked up because of the Elimination Diet - this last battle with the diet things I enjoyed don’t smell or taste the same. And make feel like crap and I am figuring out a new way of eating.

There are a few milks that I kinda like Silk blends, Ripple, Malk for a milkshake they’ve a nice chocolate. Califa in a pinch.

Answer

Almond milk is highly processed and companies add cheap poor quality hard to absorb calcium, vitamin D2 (instead of D3), and other poor quality vitamins and minerals. Not to mention all the fillers they add in there. You’d be better off making your own almond milk from organic raw almonds or getting a quality Raw Milk. Raw milk will provide you with all the nutrition but in bio available forms and does not need any added supplements.

Answer

If its good quality. Not so harmful but real milk is far superior.

But cheap made ow quality ones like Silk, etc may have longer term gut effects with all the extra crap added. The added vitamins and minerals have little benefit if any but if you’re having a lot may impact other minerals absorption (look to the mineral wheel)
