I’m in the middle of week 14 with fasting and faux Weight Watchers. I’ve been walking as often as I can, usually for no less than an hour and a half. I’ve also been doing hikes with my bf.
On September 3rd, I weighed in at 177. Today (December 7th), I weighed in at 160!!!
Losing slower than I’d like but the key is that I’m losing. I honestly gave myself a whole year to lose 40lbs, so I’m ahead of schedule. ☺️
I’m hoping to be solidly under 160 by the new year and I’m definitely on my way. I have one cheat day this month (Christmas, maybe Christmas Eve, but only one of those two days). I’ve been really good about everything else though. ☺️
Fasting goal: 16:8, but I’m often at 18:6 or 19:5. SW: 177lbs; CW: 160lbs; GW: 135lbs Height: 5’1, Age: 35
I lose about a pound a week as well and I understand the difficulty of it. Not gonna lie I’ve been discouraged by and and go back to like those midnight meals and I gain a pound back and then I’m like okay I need to do this so I go back to fasting. It’s not the best process but don’t be me keep up the good work and you’ve already lost so much weight you got this! Congratulations and you’re boyfriend sounds sweet. ☺️ My boyfriend is similar
