Alternate day DF 🙀

I am thinking of alternating between DF and WF for the entire month of march. How much weight do you think i’ll lose? Also, what days are the hardest for you during a fast? And when does your body get used to it and it just becomes “natural” to not eat?

Answer

Not a bad idea tbh and as long as you monitor your vitals and observe how you feel you should be good to go.

Obviously in the run up to the fasting prepare right and make sure you power the body with the right nutrients and electrolytes.

In terms of when does it feel better. It ranges for people. Many get used to the “way of fast” after their first few fasts as they get to experience the feeling and thoughts from it.

Assume you’ve done fasts before?

In this approach of fasts, your weight/fat loss will depend on your current stats. But expect a potential loss of between 10kg to 18kg.

It will be more beneficial and easier to do short 2-3 day dry plus water fast and refeed and go in again. The benefits compound as you add in days and 7 one day dry fasts are inferior to a week of continuous dry fast.
