Alternate day fasting: how many calories should I eat on the off days?

I’m 5’8 155-160, and down from 178 and I was wondering how many calories I should eat to keep losing fat.

Answer

Eat clean and eat until you are full. Caloric restriction on your off days is not necessary (half of your caloric requirements are already coming from fat) and can indeed become a problem.

This of course implies that you don’t pig out either.
