Alternate YouTube resource for intermittent fasting and Keto?

I recently came across a YT channel by Dr. Eric Burg Berg that got me started with a game plan related to intermittent fasting and a diet change. However, I have read that he is a Scientology donor and generally not great person.

Any suggestions for better YT channels in this vein? Thanks!

Answer

Layne Norton. Hes a no bullshit Ph.D. in Nutrition Sciences and all-around good man. He also calls out people for pushing pseudoscience. John Jewett is also a good source of information. He’s a dietitian who is also a bodybuilder.

Also, why keto? That diet was invented for children with epilepsy and true keto is near impossible to sustain.

Answer

I mean just look at Tom Cruise, wouldn’t you want anti-aging or weight loss advice from a scientologist. I’d take skin tips from ISIS if they had great skin lol

Other good youtubers are Thomas Delauer and David Sinclair

Answer

I’mma ChatGPT you my dude!

“Yes, there are many content creators on YouTube who specialize in keto and intermittent fasting. Here are some suggestions:

Thomas DeLauer: He is a popular YouTuber who creates content on a variety of health topics, including keto and intermittent fasting. He offers in-depth explanations of the science behind these diets and provides practical tips for implementing them.

Dr. Eric Berg: Dr. Berg is a well-known figure in the keto and intermittent fasting community, but if you are looking for someone other than him, you can check out Dr. Jason Fung. He is a nephrologist and author who advocates for the use of intermittent fasting to treat obesity and diabetes.

Keto Connect: This channel is run by a couple who follow the ketogenic diet and share their experiences and recipes with their viewers. They offer a variety of content, including meal prep videos, recipe ideas, and keto product reviews.

Fledge Fitness: This channel is run by Jeremy Ethier, a certified personal trainer who creates content on various health and fitness topics, including keto and intermittent fasting. He offers evidence-based advice and practical tips for people looking to improve their health through diet and exercise.

Keto Savage: This channel is run by Robert Sikes, a competitive bodybuilder who follows a ketogenic diet. He provides advice on building muscle and losing fat while following a keto diet, and he also shares his personal experiences and challenges with the diet.

I hope these suggestions help you find some new content creators to follow on YouTube!”

Answer

You are getting a lot of hate here, lol.

Keto is fine if you like it. Many of the claims made by it’s proponents are exaggerated at best, and bonkers crazy at worst.

I think Cliff Harvey and the guys behind Keto Gains have reasonable views on Keto diets. Not sure about YouTube specifically.
