Alternative day waterfasting question

Hello, I was wondering how many calories should you be refeeding with when doing alternative day 36-48 hour fast. Would 1400-1600 calories be too high? After each refeed will go right back into water fasting. Thank you for any advice/answers.

Eat real food, to satiety. Cut out processed crap like fuut juices, colas, processed carbs and vegetable oils if you can.

Your body does not count calories. It is primarily controlled by hormonal response to food. Eat the right foods to satiety and fast and you will reach your ideal body weight in due course.
