Anyway, if you really don’t know, just because you’re not chewing doesn’t mean you’re not eating. You’re doing 16:8 fasting. There’s nothing about what you’re doing that is 23:1.
Basically anything you put in your body which has calories, is breaking your fast irrespective whether it is liquid or solid. So even coconut water breaks your fast. You can have only plain water, sparkling water, tea with very little milk and no sugar, green teas and black coffee during your fasting window.
