Basically the title, I started IF seriously about 20 days ago. I’ve been doing it on and off for years but i could never stick to it. I know this sub recommends black coffee but I’m trying to cut it out. Would drinking green tea or spearmint tea be considered as breaking the fast, considering it doesn’t have many calories?
certainly in the beginning you can do anything like this that helps you not eat. Getting calories away from you and stopping mindless eating are the initial goals.
As you progress, and start looking for ways to become more adept and fine tune things, you may discover that eliminating sweet things more often is in your best interest.
