Answer

Part of refeed is to drink slowly and build back up your body healthfully, with the water (and other electrolytes) that it needs. Do you feel you can really do that within an hour??? If you were doing it weekly, yes you’d be getting benefits; but daily, that’s just dehydration.

Answer

I have some 20-22 intermittent dry fasting and didin’t notice any difference compared to regular IF. I just don’t see the point of dry IF when you could just go longer here and there. Maybe 24 hour df per week maybe.

Answer

No, and I would argue in fact that you are probably doing incremental damage to yourself from repeated dehydration. This damage likely goes unnoticed until you hit a certain threshold and then it becomes apparent.
