Started ADF (rolling 72s) on August 1st. My starting weight was 270ish pounds at 6’3 and in the month and a half I’ve been fasting I’ve gone down to 230 pounds which means about a 40 lbs weight loss. Is there anything I should be worried about?
Your starting weight may have been high if you had a large meal, with your body full of carbs and glycogen and water weight.
After 2 consecutive weeks of a weekly 3-day fast followed by OMAD, I’m down 20lbs, so I think 40lbs in 6 weeks is not so crazy (although a great accomplishment.)
