Am I losing weight to fast?

Started ADF (rolling 72s) on August 1st. My starting weight was 270ish pounds at 6’3 and in the month and a half I’ve been fasting I’ve gone down to 230 pounds which means about a 40 lbs weight loss. Is there anything I should be worried about? I don’t know if I’m currently in a plateau now or if the weight loss has just slowed down as I’ve been at 230ish for a few days now.

I would be very careful when transitioning to less stringent eating. I did rolling 72s for a month last year, and two months later I had put the weight back on and then some. I wish I had gone to rolling 48s, then done OMAD and focused on cutting sugar in my eating window.
