You might not be eating quite enough calories, I’d at least try to hit 1100-1200. But I noticed the chills and my stomach not feeling great the first little bit of time I did omad as well. Are you drinking enough water and getting electrolytes?

Going from 0 to OMAD is a bit extreme. I also believe you aren’t eating enough. Those can be symptoms of very low blood sugar. Please don’t hurt yourself. Take it easier.
