I used to feel like that too! I was so looking forward to eating and then after eating I’d feel like shit. What helped was reducing my portion sizes (but still eating very high amounts of fat, I don’t want a caloric deficit when I’m fed)
I do a Monday to Friday fast monthly and I find myself craving to do it a lot more frequently. I am worried about destroying my metabolism if I do it too frequently but I would be content doing it every week. It’s almost addicting the way my mind feels clear during it.
