Welcome to genetics and getting old really. You can’t really eat your way back to youth. In all seriousness though: if a doctor has diagnosed you with a protein deficiency do make sure you get enough of it in your diet or what your wrinkles look like will be the smallest concern you have.

I’m not sure how it will work on your face but I take great lakes collagen powder everyday. All I really notice is crazy fingernail growth but Ronda Patrick went deep into how it helps rebuild cartilage.
