It’s ok to fail, don’t be so hard on yourself :)
Keep in mind a 2-week fast is not an easy task to achieve. Why don’t you try a shorter fast first? But please, don’t start a fast again after just two or three days. If if was you, I would try to fix my eating habits. Fasting is not, in my opinion, a fast track to better discipline. Sometimes things take time and patience.
My highest was a 10 day fast. I started it as an open ended fast so every day was a bonus (best psychological way for me to do it). Unflavored sparkling water helped me (got a soda stream for the holidays and it’s saved me so much money making my own). I also took the extended day fasting electrolyte capsules for energy, headaches & constipation issues. Good luck & don’t be hard con yourself!
I’d say it’s easier with black coffee, plain tea, multivitamins daily or every few days, and occasional soda water with lime/lemon. These things won’t kick you out of ketosis, and they can really help if you’re having a psychological craving for something to eat. Alternatively, shoot for a short fast first and work your way up. What’s your longest fast?
