Any advice for stomach pain with a refeed after short fasts?

Been doing ADF/rolling 40s for a few months now. Today I went a bit crazy on my refeed. Started with two cups of chicken broth. Moved on to a tuna wrap with spinach/avocado/hotsauce. 4 cheese pierogies. One cheese crepe. Handful of chetos. 8 m&ms. A lot of Pomegranate seeds. Small ice cream.

In absolute agony now. Not sure what went wrong. I haven’t had this issue before with fatty foods sweet stuff etc. Now I feel like my stomach is uncomfortable full and like diarrhea is around the corner except it’s not happening. Wish I could just evacuate everything but no luck. Any tips?

Hot sauce, cheese and carbs, cheetos and chocolate doesn’t sound like a great idea tbh. I fast daily, and do 48hrs once a week and usually try to stick to meat and veggies as my primary source. Probably just not what your body wanted after a fast.
