Any advice on workout during a water fast?

I’m on day 7 of 21 and I haven’t workout since I started. I would love to get back to the gym but I have been feeling really weak and lightheaded so I haven’t made the attempt.

You need potassium and electrolytes. Supplement them or drink Himalayan Pink salt water and you should be fine. Otherwise you will remain weak and lightheaded and would not be recommended to workout. Your body depletes electrolytes through exercise and you pee them out too, you need to replenish them somehow.
