I’m just starting out on dry fasting and want ease into it. I have a M-F work schedule that is physically demanding and I think a 22/2 dry fast would be a good way to start off. Are there any benefits to a 22/2 dry fast or should I just stick with a whole 24 hours?
I’d say it’s good! That’s ODAD ONE drink a day, which is IF, you should stay in the dry zone and reaping benefits every single day at a healthy level!! Just try not to get too warm bc u will use all ur liquids and destroy ur electrolytes.
