I hope everyone is doing well today. I’ve been doing 16/8 Monday through Friday and sometimes on the weekend and not long ago hit my goal weight, but I just can’t seem to stop the habit of sucking in my stomach. Anyone else have or had this issue? Any tips?

Holding your core is good for you, I don’t think this is a big problem. If you mean clenching them from anxiety - try breathing exercises, letting your abdomen relax and breathing in, then pushing the air out slowly using your abs. Become more conscious of them, check in with your body anytime you remember.
But when standing and walking it’s better to gently hold your abdomen in, it’s part of good posture.
