Any experience with allergies being cured on extended fasts?

I’m 5 days in of a real long fast (Around 30 days) in hopes to thoroughly clean my organs and skin, and I was wondering if anybody here has any success with allergies being cured.

Answer

The food you eat in addition to fasting could help. I’d recommend eating some locally sourced foods and see what you think. Try having a limited menu for a couple weeks and see if that helps. Avoid all dairy and cut your menu down to about 5-6 foods. Something fermented, a couple of meats (chicken, fish, etc.), your favorite berries, a tiny bit of honey, quail eggs, cucumbers without the skin, something like that. I personally seem to get some allergy relief from honey and quail eggs.
I don’t want to discourage you from your fasting goal. The most desired benefits of fasting occur around 3-5 days and there are some undesired effects that go along with prolonged fasting. But I’d like to hear how your fast goes if you decide to keep it going for longer! Good luck
