Any food like chia seeds??

I love chia seeds!! Just ordered basil seeds (sabja) but is there any other hydroscopic seeds like basil or chia??? Hehe wanna eat them if so!

Have you tried ground chia seeds?

I loved chia seeds but found that my body didn’t process a lot of them in whole form. But when they’re grounded already then my body takes it all just fine.
