I’ve got a colonoscopy scheduled tomorrow, and have to fast for it today and at least until tomorrow afternoon. I figure why not just keep it going since I’ll already be 1.5 days in at that point. I’ll ask the doctor tomorrow, but is there anything that makes continuing the fast for a few days after the procedure problematic? (Really just want to prep the kitchen w nothing if I’m gonna be fasting the next 5 days. )

No. Feel free to keep fasting. Your doctor will likely take umbridge with it though. You know, because fasting is unhealthy and you have to eat 3 meals a day and snack in between or you’ll murder your metabolism or some shit. /s
If you already fast regularly you will probably be fine. My first colonoscopy was years ago when I wasn’t fasting and I was famished afterwards. Now. I could continue no problem. I only say. After having everything pour out of me. I felt like I needed food.
