I assure you that although a healthy diet and exercise can help alleviate many health concerns there is no reversing damage to the coronary arteries. The best one can hope for is to slow development of disease progression. Unfortunately no amount of salads or walking can undo damage that is already done. Source: Work in a cardiac Cath lab.
