Hi. Been doing intermittent and extended water fasts for a while. Only done a few dry fasts, a couple 24 and 48 hour ones. I was curious as to your thoughts of doing intermittent dry fasts within an extended water fast. Benefits? Risks? Thanks for your collective knowledge. My goals are body composition (fat loss and loose skin), immunity, and autophagy.
Why not do an Extended DF and then continue with WF? Filonov recommend this approach.Obviously you can test what fits best in your routine.I think 7 days are not dangerous in any case/combination you choose.
