I feel like not seeing any changes in body or weight has really demotivated me in trying to be healthy I’ve gained a lot of weight because frankly I’ve just neglected myself but I’m tryna get back to being more healthy however I find it so hard to just start and even if I start I find it hard to continue . Does anyone have any tips
You don’t have to stop binge eating. Just channel your binge eats into your reward meals at the end of a fast.
OMAD would be perfect for you. Just try and eat your usual amount on OMAD. It’s physically impossible because you get full faster.
