I’ve been doing 18/6 for about a month now. It works wonders and I feel amazing. My problem is getting to sleep, I’m already a bit insomniac but sleeping on an empty stomach seems to make it much worse, sometimes I’m 4+ hours in bed before I fall asleep. Have any of you faced this problem? Any tips to overcome it?
Drink a gallon of NyQuil and pray you don’t have dreams about sharks like I do when I take it. Haha. Jk except about NyQuil and shark dreams. I should be more clear. Not the sharks from the nhl, rather sharks from the ocean. What was the question?
