Hey all, I really want to be sure I’m eating as many nutrients as I can be. I don’t love tracking calories but how can I track nutrient?
If you pay for the premium version of My Fitness Pal, you can select your focus. So you can pick like protein and fiber instead of calories.
I haven’t tried any others. And actually I haven’t even tried MFP, but I’ve just looked into it and considered paying premium specifically for that feature.
