Just started intermittent fasting and I’m having a hard time drinking straight black Coffe
What do you want to put in your coffee? I did read an article (posted, here, the other day) regarding coffee creamer not being a big deal or making a difference in blood sugar.
Also, depends on your goals. If your goal is weight loss, a few calories in your coffee is not going to be a big deal, a lot of people do “dirty fasts” and do great.
