I just want to know if it is safe, if there are any adverse effects of using or anyone’s experience with doing that. I am talking about 20 min sauna 5 time a week. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
As long as you stay hydrated and pay attention to how you feel in the sauna, you should have no reason for concern, it will benefit your fast immensely to use it. I personally love using the sauna while fasting, I feel so clean afterward from the sweating and my body feels like I just came from a massage.
I have a sauna and it keeps me trucking through my extended fasts. I get so cold when doing extended fasts that I’m in the sauna every day. I make sure and keep up with water and electrolytes , but have never noticed negative consequences from it. Only positive.
