Yeah for sure. I’ve had some serious gut issues in the past that lead to skin issues like eczema that I was able to heal. It wasn’t an overnight solution but eating all the time never seemed to help it. I found that fasting all the time stressed me out slightly and eating something like a 23:1 type of fast helped me de-stress to some extent and I believe it helped the healing a bit . The biggest thing was making sure that I didn’t slip back into crappy eating habits
