About to start a dry fast after a long hiatus, and just needing a boost of motivation from seeing other people’s results. How much weight have you lost while dry fasting ? Really curious about other women’s results as well !
122kg –> 104kg in 9 weeks of dry fasting on weekends. Doing a 100 hr this week because weight loss has been slowing down. Goal is below 100kg by the 21st (11 weeks since i started).
Mental clarity is incredible though. I am way more efficient at work. I am happier and more talkative. My max energy level is at 90% or so for the rest of the week but i have no limit on my willpower. I can exercise for hours the rest of the week. These benefits goes away when i eat too many carbs/too much sugar.
