Basically the title, has anyone done a variation of 48/72 hour dry fasts? Fasting - refeeding - back to fasting?
I know it’s usually recommended to keep a decent/longer refeed so just looking for opinions?

There is a woman on YouTube and Insta called “fasting_with_Alice”. She does what she calls cascading dry fasts. She dry fasts for a day, then refeeds for a day, then dry fasts for 2 days then refeeds for 2 days and so forth until she reaches the length of time she has set for herself.
I haven’t tried it yet, but might give it a go.
depends what you are fasting for, if it’s for weightloss i’d say push the fasts as long as you can (if you’ve got a good amount of body fat), get your body used to not eating for a while. makes the refeed that much more sweet to look forward to. that’s what i’m doing anyway. 48s and 72s are easy make it hard!
