I’ve been doing keto for a few months but I’m thinking about trying IF and being less strict about carbs … mainly ‘cos I don’t make a ton of money to afford that diet.
I do keto and IF. I find the two very compatible. When I restart after a break i always start with clean keto to lessen my hunger. Within days I’m already not as hungry so IF comes almost intuitively for me. Currently I’m doing OMAD and keto and I feel amazing.
I can’t eat dairy or soy or several fruits. When i was on a strict diet, I was also no fried foods and I tried to work toward no sugar, all on IF. I was went completely sober. Just restrictions everywhere. Foods eliminated all over the place.
But carbs are pretty good. The no dairy eliminated pizza, so I had a lot of my major vices covered.
I ended up fully addicted to peanut butter. Like where it’s my only friend.
