The last couple of fasts I’ve done it seems like around 72-96hrs I’ll randomly get kind of noisy digestion and then have to use the toilet. And then I’m good for however long I’m fasting until. Just wondering if anyone else experiences something like this? Lol sorry if this was TMI!
48s and 72s always make me go right after eating. Usually it can be explosive as well. I think it depends on what I eat and how fast. On 72s I’m not as strict, so that’s probably why it happens more. It may very well be your food selections. Maybe experiment with different foods to see if something specific is causing it?
