Anyone else get sick when trying to fast

I use to be able to fast without issue. Now, if I attempt to fast I begin to feel nauseous. If I don’t eat, or if I wait too long, I will end up throwing up.

I would like to be able to go back to a fasting/eating window. I just don’t know what to do about the puking.

Thanks!

I did rolling 90’s for a while then did a split rolling 72/90 week so I could have the same days each week but eventually got to the point where I just couldn’t do it any more, I was sick as a dog by the second day. Took a couple of years off but lost control of my glucose and returned to fasting. No problem so far but not rolling and haven’t gone longer than 5 days.

What is your diet like? If you are eating primarily carbs and then going for a fast there is the possibility of you going a bit hypoglycemic which could be the sickness you experience. Unless you have any medical conditions this shouldn’t be dangerous and supplementing enough salt can take a bit of the nausea away. However, if you do have some medical condition or are taking any medication you should best see a medical doctor.
