Fasting can work for many. I spend lots of time talking to myself about it, then go to the in-laws and dish a plate of food for the guy I want to be. (the guy 40lbs lighter than I am now)

Last Xmas I relented and had 1/2 a piece of pumpkin pie with no whipping cream at all. Then left the crust!
Really just to prove I can!!!
Actually I’m pretty strong when the fam. is around, my problem is late at night!
