It depends. Early on in the fast, I’m very restless for the first 3-5 days. After about a week, my body gets more tired and can rest a lot easier. Especially in the winter right now, sleep on an extended fast is nice!
Yes!!! I have really bad insulin resistance. Hyperinsulinemia to be specific. I can’t sleep as well at all without melatonin on the days I eat. But I am knocked out the nights where I haven’t eaten in over a day.
