Yup, Super Bowl is the second biggest calorie consuming holiday, after Thanksgiving. I’m fasting up till kick-off and allowing myself to eat whatever I want until halftime. Then I’m fasting till tomorrow evening.
Just spent a week indulging on vacation. Started my fast yesterday evening when I got home. Fasting until dinner tomorrow. Missing all the treats but almost cried when I got on the scale today. Fasting with keto is the best way to get back to pre vacation weight!
