I actually lost a bunch of hair when I was stressed out recently, and even though it’s winter it’s coming back, my hair was actually thicker than it’s been in my entire life this summer when I was dry fasting more regularly, but I mega dose B vitamins and just recently got a whole grass fed cow, which also dropped inches off my body because the grains fed the the cows inflame them and us!
Then my hair started getting incredibly soft and glossy, even dry fasting.
