Anyone experienced stomach aches from eating?

I’ve been roughly following a 16:8 schedule for about 4 months. I’m a bit flexible with it.. by that I mean sometimes it’s an OMAD kind of day and sometimes I’ll break early or snack late when I’m being social but at least 4-5 days a week I stick with it.

I’m noticing on days when I do eat more or when I eat early, my body is not happy. I feel bloated and super full. Could this simply be because of the food I broke my fast with? It makes me think I need to fast more… like 20:4 every day? I’m also curious about caffeine. I drink 4-6 cups of coffee a day. Logically- is it just more likely that I’m giving myself an ulcer?

I feel like this is a pretty dumb question but hopefully I’m making some sense.

Also to caveat- My motivation for IF is varied, but one of the main reasons is that I have severe ADD and anxiety and would like to help my mental acuity and stay off adderall as an adult. Coffee is a stimulant replacement for the drug and I generally believe is the lesser evil of the two so to speak.
