Anyone feel more tired when getting back into fasting?

I’m starting with 24 hour fasts, and I feel like I’m constantly dragging- at least until I’m 16 or so hours in. (Could also be that I switched to 1-2 cups of tea from 3-4 cups of coffee and I’m not getting as much caffeine.) Just wondering if it’s a typical experience.

Answer

Just googled and got: “Low blood sugar related to intermittent fasting can cause you to feel tired and weak. Plus, intermittent fasting may lead to sleep disturbances in some people, which can cause tiredness during the day.”

So new question: anyone have success dealing with sleep disturbances?
