Hello I was wondering if anyone got kidneys tested after long dry fast. What were results? How long of dry fast?
I’m new and interested in dry fasting.
I did! I had low kidney function after covid, I started a intermittent dry fasting routine paired with zero carb and did a single 24 hour dry fast. I went back to my Dr and got a full panel done and my kidneys jumped from dangerously low to perfect range. Turns out my issue was low salts, so I couldn’t process the water. Dry fast heal a lot of kidney issues, but also I believe most of us take in too much water and too little electrolytes.
Also the healing only took 5 days, it’s worth it.
