By ‘intermittent dry fasting’ I mean 16-23 hours dry then eating and drinking some water > repeating.. or can you do 16-23 hours dry > drink some water > repeat?
What makes going from dry to wet so ‘bad’?
I’d love to hear how much weight you’ve lost or any benefits you’ve experienced doing intermittent dry fasting!
Im doing that right now 23:1 soft dry fast. It definitely feels like it’s working faster than water fasting. The last time I did it for 3 days and lost 6 pounds. This time I’m trying to go for a couple of weeks
