That’s a pretty broad question. She’ll have to do some research and decide what’s best for her. I do omad & find that eating keto makes it a lot easier to stick with, as restricting carbs helps immensely with appetite control.
The thing I like most about IF is the freedom to eat whatever so long as it’s in window, without mucking around with calorie counts, etc… I think the first step would be to identify what she likes.
Once you have an idea of that, it comes down to figuring out ways to make the food fulfilling to ensure you get the nutrition you need and satisfied until your next eating window.
She’ll probably find once she’s in it that someFoods are less satisfying than others, if that’s the case, edit them.
