Im looking to start a 5 day fast, first one was easy because i had flu but now im hungry as hell and could do with some motivation 😁
Hunger dissipates, it’s all based on a chemical in you’re brain. Just get to day three and you’ll feel no hunger at all once you go into ketosis. Hang in there and remember it’s not doing you any damage, it’s all in your mind and due to habits of how you’ve lived.
