Hi, I like to fast for the overall health benefits, I have PCOS and a sweet tooth - I have noticed most people are at higher body masses or are advising people at lower weights to not DF. My goal is to hit 72 + but I can never mentally get past 48 ?
How much would I loose on a 4 day dry fast if my starting weight is 110LBS at 5’6 ? Does anyone have their own experience dry fasting at a lean starting weight ?
Your own questions betray you. You say you like to fast for health benefits, but then proceed to ask how much weight you will lose when you already seem pretty underweight. This reeks of an eating disorder, not health.
All that being said, you really don’t need to dry fast longer than 48 and maybe 72 at most. If you’re trying to heal something. If you’re trying to lose more weight, you should seek help, this is not healthy.
