I have an extremely varying schedule with work/sleep times…
Can one change the schedule and still gain the benefits?
I’m not switching multiple times but definitely once. This is my second time doing IF and saw results the first time around when I was still working night shift. During my working nights, eating window between 4pm-12a then when I try to get back on a day schedule I do 1pm-9pm. The switchover day is always hard and I do cut myself some slack but it’s been mostly successful this time around as well.
Edit: FWIW, I love IF mostly BECAUSE of working night shift. It’s given me more energy through the night but God do I feel so much better when I wake up the next day. No more feeling bloated and groggy for hours. Just thought I’d give you another incentive to make it work for you.
